A Tour of "My Thai Home". : Having lived in Thailand now for almost six years, I was ready for someplace a little different from the norm. It is difficult and in my opinion not a really wise idea to buy a house here so I choose to rent. My new house rents for less than an average apartment in the U.S. There are some trials and tribulations involved, and one must be prepared for Thai style and customs, but the benefits far outweigh the problems.
